Ms.Suma Bindu Pothuri is a Master Corporate Trainer, is associated with many Corporate and Educational institutions. Her experience and association with many people from various domains helps her to effectively manage people and their behaviour. She is creative and possesses excellent inter-personal management skills. She has conducted training programs on People Management, Leadership, Communication skills &TQM, and has been consistent in nurturing goals towards positive results.

She has overall 15 years of experience in the training domain. Her core competency includes programs on corporate etiquette, Change Management & Train-the-Trainer workshops. She has managed the entire training functions for the corporate sector including content development, mentoring trainers and creating leaders. She has been actively associated with people from various cultural backgrounds to bridge the areas in communication and comprehend the changing needs of an organization. Her strong passion in human research and behavioural study has made her realize the reality to create niche consistently.

She is presently working for Osmania University, Dept. of English, University College of Engineering as Asst. Professor and also with Centre for English Language Training as a Trainer. She is an Asst. Professor by profession but a trainer by passion for lifelong learning. She believes training is an experience that engages high-energy style and ability to make learn with fun. With strong determination to offer something different, she has determined to help others succeed. She is a post graduate in Literature and also in Psychology from Osmania University in addition to a PGCTE and PGDTE from EFL University.

Her goal is to keep learning relevant to the learners needs and deliver the same.
