Dr Lakshmi Mantha is an English Language Consultant and a Life Coach. She has a PhD in Business Communication (English for Specific Purpose) and is a certified NLP trainer. She is presently working for Osmania University, Dept of English, University College of Engineering as Asst. Professor and also with Centre for English Language Training as a Trainer.

As a facilitator, she has passionately trained and transformed thousands of participants in areas of Communicative English, Business Communication, Voice and Diction, Personality Enhancement & Grooming (Students & Executives), Public Speaking, Presentation skills, Communication skills etc. Apart from Soft Skills and Communicative English training, her experience as an English language consultant also includes editing and proof reading.

Her motto is "Managing people and guiding them towards personal and professional excellence". Apart from in-house university programs, she provides clients and organizations with value added training and consultancy services in areas like Speaking for Success, Communication Skills, Personality enhancement and grooming, Customer Service Skills, Effective Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Interview Skills, Power Dressing etc. She has conducted workshops for several universities, colleges, schools, and corporate sector.

She believes that people sometimes limit their own progress by building barriers and self-defeating prophecies and she enjoys assisting them to successfully overcome them. Her love for this profession comes from the absolute joy in helping others to feel good about themselves and help them win all obstacles in life!
